Electrical injuries of eyes are relatively uncommon, but increase of uses of electricity and lack of safety equipment, increments electrical events and injuries. In this paper we report a case of electrical burn of the eyes. The patient was a 40 years old male worker. He was admitted to the emergency department of Emam sadegh hospital in Meybod city in Yazd province. He was electrocuted by a strong current from the AC.He was not wear any protective equipment at incident time. At primary examination there were sever corneal burn of two eyes with conjunctiva, cilia and lids involvement. The patient was treated medically and cure completely in few days.
