Purpose:
|
To report of the outcome of eye with orbital lymphoma in order to save vision and increase survival by surgery , chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
|

Methods:

Case report

Results:
|
A 29_years_old girl with right proptosis and decrease vision.
Slit lamp examination revealed with in normal limit .her left eye due to anisometropia was amblyope and BCVA OS FC1m , she underwent surgical orbital debulking and histopathologic evaluation. A diagnosis of orbital lymphoma was made. After surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy proptosis was resolved.

Conclusion:

To our knowledge, this is an important rare case of unilateral proptosis with malignant lymphoma in young patient , that early diagnosis could treat the disease totally and delayed diagnosis or neglected cases could be life-threaten disease.
