Purpose:

To find the rate of risk factor of post pars plana vitrectomy endophthalmitis
|

Methods:
|
In a retrospective study , about 4000 post pars plana vitrectomy cases entered the study, the number of endophthalmitis cases and risk factors were studied.
|
|
Results:
|
The rate of endophthalmitis was 0.003, the most prevalent microbe was staphylococcus epidermidimis, Gauge 23 had the most nemerous cases of endophthalmitis.

Conclusion:
