Purpose:

Intaocular melanocytic lesions are always an important issue for the ophthalmologists because of the risk of melanoma
we try to discuss the newest of work up of such a cases
|

Methods:

Diagnostic methods as pathology FNA biopsy or excisional biopsy ,different imaging methods and the newest therapeutic choices will the discussed.

Results:
|
By the help of technology and good screening in addition to proper diagnostic and therapeutic methods a bright map for managing the dark intraocular lesions will be drawed.

Conclusion:

Any dark intraocular lesion should be evaluated and different pathologic, oncological could help ophthalmologists to achieve excellent result
